Executve Director
Lisa Christon is the Founder and Executive Director of Second Chance Staffing Agency Inc., Dallas, TX. Ms. Christon has over 20 years of combined business and Human Resources, Psychology, and case management experience and is a licensed Notary for Texas.

Her passion is helping people realize their full potential and directing them toward success.
Her most valued treasures are those found in her role as Minister, Mother, Grandmother, and friend.
LATOYA L. BULLARD, M.B.A.
Vice President
Latoya Bullard has over 24 years of experience in Account Management, leadership, Customer Service, and Report Analysis. She is a Reports Specialist in the Office of Response and Recovery within the Federal Management Agency (FEMA), an operational component within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Some of Latoya's responsibilities include supporting leadership and other stakeholders by providing quantitative and qualitative reports to identify ways to improve disaster operations and ensure recovery operations are executed according to guidance, regulations, policies, and laws.
DR. DE-BORAH M BYRD Ph.D.

Dr. De-Borah Byrd has a Doctorate in Psychology and a master’s degree in accounting. I am called to the marketplace and the church. As a business strategist, Dr. Byrd has provided professional accounting services by ensuring that appropriate tax savings are captured and advising how to position the small business owner in obtaining additional tax savings. As a prophetess, she believes she is anointed to teach God’s word and give inspired instructions from God that could transform lives.
