PROGRAMS
Second Chance Staffing Agency helps to lift people out of impossible situations and into a world filled with hope and opportunity. Our program aids individuals in establishing and maintaining productive and responsible lives, ultimately benefiting the surrounding community through resources and support. Our programs are divided into four segments to provide resources and support for Employment, Mentoring, Human Needs Assistance, and Counseling.

We will offer services that empower each participant with knowledge and resources to achieve greater self-identity, academic excellence, community involvement, and balanced living. Our objective is also to provide community building and wraparound services that encourage stability and independence. Our program will provide access to job readiness programs, job referrals, community resources, and financial skills to disenfranchised communities. ​

Our services help uplift the entire community and help avoid the challenges of excessive and unnecessary debts. This will also prevent bankruptcy, Chapter 13, and mortgage foreclosure. Our objective is to help clients with counseling, letter writing, phone calls, debt negotiation, budgeting, financial planning, and how to use credit cards wisely. The target group for this program will comprise low-income young adults and adults, prison re-entry participants, transitional/ homeless shelter participants, battered/abused women, and disadvantaged people who seek to make their financial future brighter.

Our services will help to combat recidivism, poverty, bankruptcy, homelessness, and unemployment. The work of our organization will demonstrate that low-income people and volunteer financial experts working together are a powerful force for improving their lives and the overall community. The objective of the program is to improve self-sufficiency measures of good citizenship and personal accountability and serve as a vessel for participants to utilize and develop skills that will help them grow into dynamic and successful members of society. Our program provides positive structures and is designed to have performance indicators and measurable outcomes.
